Where'd you get these wacky things Rod? The fish one kind of has the edge design of Taku Sakashta, but doesn't look like his handy work. He builds a very nice archtop. Sakashta Version-R |

No photoshop here, I don't have it. Bunnybass is where I found all this stuff. Warrning though, that there are some more risky instruments on the site (nothing XXX but close). There is about 200 different instruments there. Take a look. Geoff, that big red triangle is a balalaika. Got to love those Russian instruments. |
Man, the red elvises are some crazy dudes. The big red triangle guitar (bass?) is quite impressive.
Geoff, that is a bass balalaika. Very cool stuff. It is a Russian folk instrument. I know there are at least two different sizes that are played, and there might be even more. Ever see a bass mandolin? That is a cool instrument. ![]() |

Rod, I like that whale guitar, too. And I actually like that Ovation, despite its being even more kitsch than a sunburst (yeah, that was a little jab in the ribs of you sunburst lovers ![]() Pretty wild what people will feel compelled to build... |
